Meng Chiang is the Wine Manager at Quality Branded. Upon graduating from U.C. Berkeley and Fordham University School of Law, Meng launched his career in the wine business at Keith McNally’s Balthazar in New York City. He went on to work on the opening teams at award-winning restaurants Tarry Lodge Port Chester, A Voce Columbus, Bedford Post Inn and Pier A Harbor House. Meng began working with Quality Branded in November 2016 as Wine Director at the group’s modern American restaurant, Park Avenue (Autumn, Summer, Winter, Spring), which changed its menus and décor seasonally. More recently, Meng has developed and managed the wine program across the Quality Branded portfolio, including the lists and inventory at Quality Italian and the group’s newest restaurant, Quality Bistro, which opened in January 2020.
